Our products are designed for purchasing or refinancing commercial or semi-commercial properties for commercial letting. Our typical investment mortgage terms are as follows:
Loan Amount: Minimum borrowing £100,000, with no maximum
Loan to Value : Up to 75% of the current market value
Loan Term: Anything up to 25 years
Interest Rates: Variable or fixed. Variable rates are typically set between 1.5% and 3% above LIBOR or the Bank of England's base rate.
Repayments: Borrowers must make regular repayments on capital and interest. Certain products have an interest only option covering part of the mortgage
Lender's Costs: Most lenders charge an arrangement fee of 1% to be paid on acceptance of the mortgage offer. This charge can generally be added to the loan amount.
Broker's Costs: Our standard fee is 1%
Additional Costs: Borrowers must cover all legal expenses and valuation costs
